The Elite Chapter of the Mobile Kappa League was founded in Mobile at Toulminville High School in 1979 by the Mobile Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity incorporated.
The Purpose of the Kappa Leadership Development League is to improve the image of todays youth and thus raise aspirational levels. Through club oriented responsibilities while yet enjoying youth today. Realizing the hastening maturing of todays youth, academic and educational advancement for leadership training, but will take advantage of this program to start the practical leadership process.
